How to become our client?

To become a client of IC “Proajioc” SA, you need to sign a contract with us and open an account for account of money resources and financial instruments.

Documents required for the conclusion of the contract:

Individuals
For individual – resident of the Republic of Moldova:
– for the sale of shares:
– proof of identity;
– extract from the register of shareholders (issued by an Independent Registrar of the issuer);
– for the purchase of shares:
– proof of identity;
– availability of funds necessary to cover the application on purchase of securities;
– in case where the seller/the buyer is acting through a representative:
– power of attorney from notary to represent the powers (prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova);
– proof of identity of the representative.
 For individual – non-resident of the Republic of Moldova:
– for the sale of shares:
– proof of identity (foreign passport and internal passport);
– extract from the register of shareholders (issued by an Independent Registrar of the issuer);
– for the purchase of shares:
– identity card (foreign passport and internal passport);
– availability of funds necessary to cover the application on purchase of securities;
– in case where the seller/the buyer is acting through a representative:
– power of attorney from notary to represent the powers (prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova);
– identity card of the representative (foreign passport and internal passport).
Legal Entities
 For legal entities – resident of the Republic of Moldova:
– for the sale/purchase of securities:
– certificate of state registration; 
– extract from the state registry with the indication of the founders;
– copies of passports of beneficiaries of the company and the extracts from the state register if the shareholder is a legal entity; 
– the statute;
– proof of identity of the administrator/director; 
– contact telephone number;
– bank details of the company; 
– minutes of the authorized body of carrying out the transaction indicating the person authorized to sign all necessary documents/or decision of the sole founder;

– in case where the company acts through a representative (not the administrator):
– power of attorney to represent the powers (prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova);
– identity card of the representative.
 For legal entities – non-resident of the Republic of Moldova:
– for the sale/purchase of securities:
– certificate of state registration; 
– extract from the state registry with the indication of the founders;
– copies of passports of beneficiaries of the company and the extracts from the state register if the shareholder is a legal entity; 
– the statute;
– proof of identity of the administrator/director (foreign passport and internal passport); 
– contact telephone number;
– bank details of the company; 
– minutes of the authorized body of carrying out the transaction indicating the person authorized to sign all necessary documents/or decision of the sole founder;

– in case where the company acts through a representative (not the administrator):
– power of attorney to represent the powers (prepared in accordance with the current legislation);
– identity card of the representative (foreign passport and internal passport).
* All documents must have an Apostille in accordance with the law, translated into national language with notary certification!!!
